Use Daily.
Morning and Evening after activator, eye serum, elixir, emulsion, cream. If it will be used after every single product then need to be massage for one minute each time. If it will be used end of face routine then need to be massage for 3-5 minutes.
Do not force then rolling, do not use roller in the same place repeatedly, it will make your skin feel pain
